Microgreens are packed with often 100X the nutrients of the full-grown plant. They are soaring in highly absorbable protein, antioxidants, vitamins A. C, and E, and other compounds like sulforaphane. Sulforaphane may prevent cancer cell growth by releasing antioxidant and detoxification enzymes that protect against carcinogens β substances that cause cancer.
OUR GREENS
We grow our greens hydroponically so they never touch soil. A huge benefit of this is that the leaves are left in their dry state and last a long time in your fridge. If rinsed, eat them immediately. Your order can usually be fulfilled on the day you order them. However if you need a large quantity, your first order may take 10 days to fulfill. After this, a subscription service ensures you will have them.
We Deliver To You
When you become our customer, we will deliver them to your door. You can place a one-time order or have them delivered weekly or twice a month. We deliver on South Padre Island. If you can’t be at home, place a cooler outside your door. Ordering a minimum of $20 ensures a free delivery.
