Superfood in Every Sprout
Microgreens are densely packed with nutrients—often containing up to 40 times more vitamins and antioxidants than their mature plant counterparts, depending on the variety. These tiny greens are rich in bioavailable protein, vitamins A, C, and E, and powerful compounds like sulforaphane. Found especially in broccoli microgreens, sulforaphane has been studied for its potential to support the body’s natural detox pathways and may help inhibit the growth of certain cancer cells by activating enzymes that neutralize harmful carcinogens.
Small in size, mighty in benefits—microgreens deliver a concentrated burst of health with every bite.
OUR GREENS
We grow all of our microgreens in coco coir, a clean, soil-free growing medium made from coconut husk fibers. This allows us to grow in a controlled environment, keeping your greens fresh, vibrant, and long-lasting.
Since they stay dry and clean during harvest, they store well in your fridge—no rinsing needed unless you prefer to. If rinsed, be sure to enjoy them right away for peak freshness.
Most orders are ready the same day, but for large or custom quantities, please allow up to 10 days for your first harvest. After that, our subscription option ensures you never run out of fresh greens.
