Egg salad is a classic lunch option that everyone has enjoyed. Well here is a new way to enjoy your favorite sandwich. Mix hard boiled eggs with salt, pepper and a touch of turmeric. Add thinly sliced tomatoes to buttered toasted sourdough bread. And finally top off with a handful of our fresh cut microgreens. Delicious!
Here we are using our B-RAD mix which is broccoli and radish blended. Radish microgreens are high in vitamins A, B, C, E, and K as well as carotene while Broccoli is high in vitamins K, C, and E.
